1.秋葵洗净切好。

2.锅里加入适量水,盐油,烧开。

3.倒入秋葵焯至8分熟捞起沥干水分。

4.锅里热油,炒香辣椒,蒜蓉,然后加入适量水,酱油盐,耗油,淀粉煮沸关火。
